I don't do big BPM or ERP these days. But I was there at the beginning of cloud-based SFA solutions in Boston and still believe in a 'best of breed' approach. It's why web APIs exist!
My CRM & CRO game remains Guru level. I'm multi-vendor lingual and platform agnostic across all spheres. But Google, please... Bring back GWO (again)!
